From June 2021 to June 2023 at Home Buyers Guide Co., Ltd., I led a significant redesign of the home.co.th platform, boosting lead conversion by 50% and user sessions by 26.3%.

I also improved the ERP software at IS CODE CO., LTD, enhancing operational efficiency by 35% and cutting costs by 15%.

From June 2023 to May 2025, I worked as a UX Design Intern at Colgate-Palmolive (United States), where I developed and built 10 enterprise design system components applying tokens and responsive properties, conducted usability testing with 8 designers and 7 developers, and analyzed key insights to guide further development.

I also conducted UX research and usability testing for the Hill’s Pet Nutrition platform to improve user experience for pet owners tracking their pets’ health.

In addition, I evaluated and designed the user experience for Colgate’s internal Enterprise AI Platform, helping business users interact with AI-powered data insights to support decision-making.

For interactive design, I am pursuing a master's degree in the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University, class of 2025, where I am working on Human computer interaction projects, ideation and prototype, physical computing, interaction design, web development, and Augmented Reality and Virtaul Reality experiences.

Between 2018 and 2020 at Home Buyers Guide Co., Ltd., I produced multimedia designs for the Home Buyers Expo Thailand, attracting 1,500 - 2,000 attendees and improving customer satisfaction by 20%.

Additionally, I developed exhibition layouts, 3D models for the Real Connext Event

At P Landscape Co., Ltd., from 2016 to 2018, orchestrating the design and implementation of six international resort, hospitality, and commercial projects that achieved 5-star client satisfaction.

Following this, I managed multiple freelance landscape design projects from 2018 to 2022, tailoring each project to client visions, focusing on site analysis, layout planning, landscape design, planting design, and material selection.
