I also improved the ERP software at IS CODE CO., LTD, enhancing operational efficiency by 35% and cutting costs by 15%. As a freelance designer, I created several websites that significantly enhanced customer engagement.

For interactive design, I am pursuing a master's degree in the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University, class of 2025, where I am working on Human computer interaction projects, ideation and prototype, physical computing, interaction design, web development, and Augmented Reality and Virtaul Reality experiences.
