The Thailand Real Estate Ecosystem Expo is a flagship networking and business-matching event aimed at strengthening the country’s property sector. It brings together a diverse community of developers, architects, suppliers, designers, and strategic business partners across the industry.
Layout Planning
The event layout is thoughtfully designed to foster meaningful collaboration, idea exchange, and business opportunities through curated activities and sessions. It features relaxed leisure zones, including seating areas and a lawn space, creating a casual and inviting atmosphere for conversations, networking, and informal meetups.
Rendering images
I used SketchUp and Lumion to create 3D renderings that visualize the event layout, lighting, and overall atmosphere. These visuals were essential for communicating the spatial plan to stakeholders, supporting booth sales, and coordinating with both the event organizers and construction teams.
Visual Graphic Design
The visual theme incorporates gradient blue and turquoise tones to evoke depth and dynamic motion across videos, animations, posters, and printed materials. The design aligns with the brand identity of the Next Real company, featuring its signature blue and green color palette to ensure consistency and brand recognition across all touchpoints.
Feedback
500 - 600 attendees shared that the overall vibe and visual design of the event felt dynamic, modern, and tech-savvy. The use of gradients and vibrant branding helped convey energy and innovation, leaving a strong impression and enhancing the event’s professional atmosphere.
