The Pavilion at Fort Greene  Park

I’ve always dreamed of visiting the Barcelona Pavilion by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, but since my apartment is close to Fort Greene Park and I dreamed of it from time to time, I decided to combine my dream destination with my real-world surroundings that I am familiar with. In this AR experience, you’ll follow a trail of gold rings that leads you to hidden gems within the pavilion —spots that offer unique views or historical meaning. When you reach these locations, the Barcelona Pavilion will appear, blending seamlessly into the park’s landscape. This project is my way of mixing my neighborhood reality with the place I’ve always wanted to visit, creating a dreamlike fusion of architecture and nature. It invites you to explore familiar spaces in a new way and shows how augmented reality can transform how we experience public places, offering a glimpse into the future of urban design. It’s both a personal journey and an exploration of what AR can offer.
