User Problem
Employees struggled with a complex, confusing interface that led to frequent errors, mistakes, and inefficiencies in daily operations.
Difficult navigation made it hard for staff to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
Lack of clear information hierarchy and guidance increased the risk of human errors, which impacted order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
